Last Sighting?

I went out to feed again around 4:00pm. I did my whistle call and the whole family came in. The young were still not eating the mealworms themselves, instead Dad was feeding them. At one point one of the young decided it was too hot and just spread out his wings. They were right at my feet.

The next morning, 06-20-26, I went out and called them to get fed. The only one to show up was Mom, she came in from the new nest. I went out multiple times - I never saw Dad or the young. At one point the Fish Crows were being very vocal. I went around back to look for the young, but then I heard Mom giving the alarm call. I rushed back to the front and saw a Fish Cross flying from the nest tree (Dad didn’t show up). I assume she has eggs by now and figured the crow got one. She did go back to the nest, which tells me there are eggs still remaining.

The next morning, 06-21-26, I again went out to feed, Mom showed up as usual. Later in the morning Dad did come in to get fed. He got a beak full of mealworms and flew around towards to side of the house. I tried to follow him to locate the young, but no luck. That was the only time I saw him today.

I do not plan to follow the details of this new nest.
