Day Four
Weather - Overcast, 61F E winds 10mph.
I’m heading back home today. The group is leaving at different times so no group birding today. Some of us do meet up in the parking lot of the hotel to say goodbye. Dawn tells me she heard about a birding location nearby that can be good, Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Management Area. It use to be a golf course. The old golf cart paths are now paved trails. I decided to check it out since I had some time to kill before the ferry return trip reservation.
I saw 24 species during my 1.45 minute walk (.51 miles).

Time to get to the ferry for the trip home. I kept busy taking pictures of the gulls as they followed the ferry, crossing the Delaware Bay to Lewes, DE.
